So here I am in my final semester of school. I am student teaching, with a 11 month old son. Before I  had my son, my husband and I worked out about 5 times a week. After having him, I quickly lost the weight, but I do not have the body I had before him because I cannot get to the gym 5 times a week. So I wanted to create a blog that will make me keep a record of the things I am doing daily to get the body back.

It is not about losing a ton of pounds, it is just about staying fit. .
