Yoga for legs

I used to love yoga, it was a time I could put off all of my worries and just relax. Now Yoga seems impossible, because as soon as I put my son to sleep, there is a home to clean up, homework to grade, lessons to create, that my relaxation time is shot. So I looked all over the internet and found some sites that I could do quickly and will target my legs for a quick 20 minute yoga workout, I can do at home.

So the work I did today was this:

10 minutes, if you repeat as she says (she doesn't do strictly yoga poses):

Final 10 minutes, just follow what she does:

It feels good to tone and stretch at the same time. It saves you time, because you do not have to work out for twenty minutes and then stretch for ten. You are done in 20, now to get back to cleaning.
